You are a star! You are perfect the way you are! Did you know you can actually go through your day and just have fun instead of worrying and caring and stressing? It’s just a choice, it’s just a switch in perspective.

I don’t give a fuck about what I have to do today. I don’t give a fuck about my relationships—how they’re going to unfold. I don’t give a fuck about my worries! I love myself and really nothing else matters because that love is just going to come right back.

You have the power to shift your perspective. You have the power to do whatever you want today. You have the power to feel however you want today.

I’m not worried about anything! You can cultivate this carefree attitude that combines love with stress relief. When you say “I don’t give a fuck,” you are only saying it to your thoughts. You’re not saying you don’t care about other people or about your life, you’re just saying “I don’t give a fuck about that thought.” Any time a worry comes up, anytime you feel stressed, go back to your mantra:
