Remember to give yourself love today. Not only can you give yourself love by saying “I love myself” over and over, but you’ll distance yourself from your worries and your stress. You get to choose what you place your attention on. You only have 24 hours in this day. It’s a limited amount of time and you can choose what you place your attention on.

You are perfect the way you are. You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. You don’t have to change a thing. The changes will come when you accept yourself for who you are right now.
