You can trust the process of life. Wherever you are, it’s the right place at the right time. Remember, your contrast creates. The problems that you have make you ask for what you want. You could never know what you wanted if you didn’t have the problems that made you ask.

You can empty your mind just by staring at one spot. You can empty your mind by asking yourself “What would it be like to transcend?”

Allow yourself to feel centered right now. Bring your attention inward, into your body. Feel your body from within.

Breathe out and wake up in the dream

Right now, you are lucid. You are awake in this dream.

Breathe out and remember your power

You are god in human form. You are in the right place at the right time. You are so loved.

The whole world is just a mirror, reflecting your own inner state. If you can change your inner state, you can change what’s reflected in your life experience!
