Let yourself come fully into your body. Feel yourself leaving your thoughts, coming back to center, feeling your heart, feeling your body from within. You don’t have to think about anything.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and let your thoughts go

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. You have so much power! When you let go of your thoughts, you feel better, and when you feel better you become a magnet for better-feeling experiences.

Breathe in and become a magnet for what you want
Breathe out and choose joy today

Let yourself be a magnet for joy and fun and play and laughter.

Breathe in and lighten up, life is not serious!
Breathe out and let go of your worries. Only your worries make you feel bad. Only you thoughts can make you feel bad. Your natural state of being is one of well being. One of feeling good. You are the creator. You are god in human form. Your natural state is to feel good.

Breathe in and remember your power
Breathe out and remember who you are

Whatever it is that you want, it’s on the way. It’s coming. But that’s not whats going to make you feel better. All that will make you feel better is choosing it—choosing to step away from the thoughts that make you feel bad. Today, STAND UP TO YOUR THOUGHTS.

Today, allow yourself to let those thoughts go that don’t serve you

When you feel bad, it’s your body’s response to what you are thinking. You can choose another thought right now.

Breathe in and choose a new thought
Breathe out and remember you don’t have to care

Today, stand up to your thoughts. How do you stand up to your thoughts? Every time you notice yourself thinking something that doesn’t feel good, you can use a pivot thought like, “I’ve decided to feel good about that, it’s working itself out.” Or you can go back to your breath: “Breathing in I know I’m breathing in. Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.” Or my favorite brute force tactic is silent counting. Make it your goal to count to 10000. Count to 100 over and over in your head. If you’re counting to 100 over and over you have no space for thinking about things that make you feel bad.

Breathe in and feel so relieved
Breathe out and remember your mind is just a tool

You are not your thoughts. Who is thinking your thoughts. Oh yeah god!

Breathe in and lighten up it’s not serious!
Breathe out and relax because you have found the secret to life

You can relax and know that your natural state of being is one of wellness and feeling good and only your thoughts can make you feel bad. You are now free to enjoy your day, to project love and receive love.
