You have a choice what you focus on. You have a choice to care or not to care. You have a choice to not suffer.

Whatever it is you choose to project, that’s what will reflect to you. Choose to feel good NOW and the good feeling manifestations will come to you. Choose to feel good now and people will treat you well. Choose to feel good now and people will be kind to you. Choose to feel good regardless of your circumstances, and your circumstances will change to reflect that good feeling.

If at any time you get stuck in your thoughts, caught in a thought pattern you can’t drop, or you can’t stop looking at something you don’t like. Bring your attention back inside, focus on yourself by counting silently inside your head. Imagine every number that you count is one second more connection with god, the infinite, love. Every time you go inside and make space from your thoughts, you create space in your reality for new things to come.

Breathe out and see it reflected outside of you

Every time you go back to your silent counting, you’re connecting to love. It’s like getting a drink of water when you’re desperately thirsty. Any time you don’t like something in your reality, GO WITHIN and generate that good feeling inside of you, and it will be reflected outside of you! Isn’t that neat?!
