Cultivate this attitude of being the reason you feel good, of giving yourself the love that you crave from others, of not worrying about what other people think, of not worrying about whats going to happen in the future. Allow yourself to go through your day loving yourself and dropping each negative as it comes with a simple “I don’t give a fuck!” Pay attention to your thoughts today and when you find yourself feeling bad, look at what you’re thinking. Are you thinking “I feel bad”? Or “I wonder if I should have done this”? Or “I hope I make it on time”? To any of these thoughts, a simple
