Breathe in and listen for the flow
Breathe out and come be in your body

Let yourself enter the present moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream
Breathe out and decide to feel good in your body

Decide to appreciate your body. Bring your attention into the center of your tongue.

Breathe in and feel your body from within
Breathe out and let your body take you to the present moment

Everything is perfect and in its place, including you. You are in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to miracles
Breathe out and let go of your worries about the past or the future

There’s only right now and you can only do what you can do right now. Thinking about the past or future doesn’t accomplish anything.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and and lighten up! It’s not serious!

Allow yourself to bring your attention right here right now. If you’re anxious you’re in the future. If you’re depressed you’re in the past. Relax your body. Come into your body and be here now.

Breathe in and clear your mind
Breathe out and think about what you want

Breathe in and think about what it would feel like to have what you want
Breathe out and feel so lucky and so blessed because what you want is on its way

Every time you let yourself practice the feeling of having what you want, you pulse the signal of having what you want and then you become a magnet for that thing you want. But then you get to feel good anyway so it doesn’t matter if you get that thing anyway.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and feel powerful today.

Feel confident. You have come so far. You are doing everything right. Let yourself be here now where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

You don’t have to care about every little thought that comes through your mind. You can let them go by returning to your breath.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck! I’m here right now, in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about and life is living me and I am a magnet for love.”
