Relax. Let yourself be here now. Bring your attention into this moment right here right now. You don’t have to think about whatever you’re thinking about. You can let it go.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and forget about your worries.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and center yourself right here in this moment

Relax. Let your worries drop away one by one.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breath out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

This is your reality. This is your world. You are the creator. You get to decide how you respond to this day, how you create this day, how you react to this day. You are in control.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and let all your worries go

Feel them leaving your body through your feet, neutralizing into the ground.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and decide to have fun today

Breathe in and open your mind!
Breathe out and remember life is simple. It’s just an on and off of your breath.

Let yourself have a singular focus today. Begin by counting to 100 in your head. See if you can get to 100. The higher you count, the better it feels, the more you get in the pattern of counting instead of thinking. All day, over and over, 12345678910. Over and over and over and over.

Breathe in and let go of your mind
Breathe out and transcend your mind

You don’t have to be dragged around by your thoughts! You don’t have to be obsessed with what you think is wrong. You don’t have to feel anxiety constantly because you’re uncomfortable with something in your life.

Allow yourself to drop the thoughts you don’t want to think. Allow yourself to create a different reality.

Breathe in and create the reality you came here to live
Breathe out and feel confident. Feel good about yourself! You’re magickal and divine and you’re the creator. You’re in control!

Sometimes it feels like our minds are the ones in control. But when you step back from your mind, who is viewing the mind? That’s who you really are. Your mind is just a tool. You don’t have to let it destroy you and get you all carried away and worked up and obsessed and anxious and scared. You are the creator and your mind is the tool.

Breathe in and take back your control
Breathe out and remember and say to yourself, “I am the creator. I get to decide”.

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and feel relief

You are in control of your perception. You are in control of your perspective. You are in control of what thoughts you pick up and what thoughts you put down You are the creator. This life is just for fun.
