Breathe in and empty your mind
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

You can be still and know. When you’re still, you remember who you really are. When you’re still, the answers come to you.

Breathe in and listen
Breathe out and smile. Life really is good, I promise!

Breathe in and welcome distractions
Breathe out and know that all of your distractions are a solution, all pointing you on the right path.

Breathe in and lift yourself up
Breathe out and let go of your worries and fears

Breathe in and remember you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and know everything happens for a reason

Whatever your contrast is today, whatever your problems are—they’re creating the solutions you asked for.

Breathe in and feel excited about this day
Breathe out and know you don’t have to stress about whats coming in the future.

You can allow yourself to be here right now. If you’re always right here, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about, then everything will keep being fun and there won’t be anything to worry about.You can say in the present moment forever.

You’ve come so far and you’re doing such a good job. It’s ok to be nice to yourself now.

Breathe in and say “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am!”
Breathe out and don’t care about what anyone else thinks

As you go about your day, if you find yourself worrying about what someone else thinks, if you start feeling that gross feeling of “Ugh, life is hard and i care about what that person thinks!” Remember that what you want from that person is just unconditional love and acceptance, and you can give that to yourself. You can practice saying “I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.” You can also try, every time you find yourself caring about what someone else thinks, or worrying about something outside of your control, use the simple mantra of “Personal Power”. Every time you stand up to your thoughts and don’t care about what someone else thinks, you gain personal power. When you let other people dictate how you feel, you give them your power. If you don’t give a fuck what other people think, you’ve taken your power back.

Breathe in and acknowledge your personal power
Breathe out and lighten up! It’s not serious!

This is just for fun! Personal power is just for fun.
