Whatever it is, whatever contrast you’d like to resolve, say to yourself, “I’ve noticed that I’m feeling [insert how you feel] and that’s ok”. I’ve noticed that I feel this way about this thing, and that’s ok. You don’t have to beat yourself for how you feel. It’s all natural and it’s all happening in perfect timing.

Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. You don’t have to think about that thing that bothers you. You don’t have to worry.

I refuse to suffer. I’m going to enjoy my life regardless of my circumstances, because I refuse to suffer.
