You don’t have to care! You don’t have to care! Whatever it is you want to rush to, or whatever it is you’re worried about—you don’t have to care about it!

I wish I hadn’t left my coffee downstairs getting cold but I can always go down and microwave it. I don’t have to think about it. I don’t have to rush through this to get to my coffee before it gets cold. I can choose to relax and be here now.

Breathe out and forget about anything outside of this moment

Allow yourself to relax your body, starting with your shoulders. Allow yourself to smile a little bit because it will boost your mood. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and fully. Let yourself slow down.

Breathe in and remember you have perfect timing

You can be perfectly happy, right here, right now, not requiring another thing. Right now you can choose to see life in a way where you know life already is the way you want it to be. Right now you get to choose. You get to choose to be happy with your life, to enjoy your life, to see your life as already perfect.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad, so just relax and focus on your breath and let your thoughts go.

You are in control of your vibration. You get to choose when and how you lift yourself up. You get to choose to enjoy your life right now. You get to let go of all of those thoughts that hurt you.
