Breathe in and allow what you want to come to you.
Breathe out and be at peace with what is.

Allow yourself to surrender, right here right now. Allow yourself to accept this moment for what it is and nothing more, nothing less. Allow yourself to be at peace with what is, not having to change this moment or other people or yourself.

Breathe in and open up!
Breathe out and surrender

You don’t have to change this moment. You don’t have to change yourself. You don’t have to change anyone else.

Breathe in and feel light
Breathe out and relax your body

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream, right here right now

Remember life is just for fun and you can laugh at it any time.

Breathe in and feel expanded!
Breathe out and feel like you’re floating.

Let yourself feel your body from within, right now. What does the middle of your stomach feel like? What does the inside of your head feel like? What do your toes feel like?

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and bring your attention back into your body, back into this present moment.

Breathe in and surrender to this present moment
Breathe out and relax because you don’t have to change anything.

There’s nothing you can do but be, in this present moment. Let yourself relax, let yourself be at peace with what is.

Breathe in and lighten up because life’s not serious!
Breathe out and let go of all your stale negative energy through your toes into the earth where it’s neutralized!

You are starting with a clean slate, right now. You’ve come so far.

Breathe out and feel light

Let yourself feel like you’re floating, like you’re flying, like you’re enjoying being in your body. You’ve done all the work. You’ve experienced plenty of contrast. Surrender to this present moment, and let life be fun and easy now.
