Daily Meditation – You ARE Your Present Moment

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Breathe in and smile because it’s all good!

Let love be your focus today. Let love come to you. Open up your ears and your heart and your mind and welcome in fresh love today.

Today, anchor yourself in the present moment by saying to yourself over and over, “I love myself, I love myself”. As you say it, use it as a technique to pull your attention into the present moment. You ARE your present moment, and when you’re saying “I love myself” and say you’re looking at the food you’re eating, you’re saying you love the food you’re eating too because you are that food, because you are your present moment.

Breathe out and let reality love you back

Breathe out and have singular focus on love

Life really can be perfectly enjoyable all day every day, if you have singular focus on love. And other ways too, but that’s one way ;-)

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and spread love in your reality

You are this moment. Whatever is in your present moment reality, that is you, you are inseparable.

Breathe in and look around you with love
Breathe out and look at yourself with love

When you say to yourself, “I love myself,” you’re giving your reality reasons to reflect love back to you. When you say you love yourself, when you say you love your reality, that’s what you get back.

Breathe in and begin to really believe, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and believe, “I love myself! I believe I love myself! I believe in love! I believe I can love myself. I believe I’m lovable!”

Breathe in and believe in yourself
Breathe out and feel loved.

Give yourself the love you want the world to give you, and then your world will give you that love, because the world is just you!

Breathe in and feel so relieved because it’s so easy
Breathe out and remember that singular focus on love.

Bring yourself back to the present moment by saying “I love myself” over and over and you’ll begin projecting that love on your world and yourself and it will come right back to you.0
