Keep going back to your breath. It can always guide you back to the present. Your breath is your abundance. Your breath is your connection to source. Your breath is god.

Celebrate this beautiful day. Celebrate the fact that you can be excited just about breathing. When you focus on your breath and keep your attention on your internal world, the external world reflects that.

Allow your breath to guide out of your mind and back into your body all day every day. Remind yourself to think as often as you can,
