Breathe in and smile! Life is good!
Breathe out and feel better already

Let yourself surrender to this moment. Allow yourself to reconnect your natural flow of well being. In this moment you already have everything that you need. In this moment life is taking care of you.

Breathe in and lift yourself up! Life’s going to get better and better!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come

Let yourself open up to love. You can open up to love by forgiving yourself in every moment. Just try it! Allow yourself to practice saying in every moment, “I forgive myself”. As you go about your day, remind yourself to say “I forgive myself”. Slowly you’ll be forgiving yourself for every tiny thing that’s ever made you hate yourself.

I forgive myself for judging someone else. I forgive myself for not being 100% present. I forgive myself for not being perfect. I forgive myself for those mistakes I’ve made. I forgive myself for losing focus. I forgive myself for attacking someone else. I forgive myself for acting out of something other than love.

You’re greatest power is love. It’s your natural state. It’s who you are. Everything else is just an illusion.

Forgiveness is all you need for peace of mind. If you forgive yourself and others in every moment, you’ll be sending out nothing but love and your mind will be in a state of peace.
