Relax. Come back to your body. Use this moment to pull your attention away from your mind and into your body.

Your body is the best tool you have for being present here now. Bring your focus away from your thoughts into the center of your being.

All that truly exists, exists right now. Everything else is just in your imagination. It’s just a thought. You get to choose your next thought.

Close your eyes. Bring your attention into your body through your head, through your third eye, down through your throat, down through your heart, down through your solar plexus, into your navel. Bring your attention into the center of your stomach. Feel what it feels like to just be in your body, not having to pay attention to your thoughts.

Breathe in and be in your body
Breathe out and feel how good it feels to have a body.

It’s why we’re here in this dimension. We wanted to feel this. We wanted to know what it felt like to have a body We’re here to enjoy it.

Breathe out and say thank you for your body

Tell your body right now how much you love it. Tell your body thank you for allowing you to be here.

Breathe in and enjoy right now, in your body
Breathe out and feel strong. Feel light. Feel energized.

Your body is infinite. You’re always regenerating. You’re always new in each new moment.

Breathe in and bring your attention into your body
Breathe out and and feel confident. Feel attractive.

The energy in your body is so beautiful and so strong. It doesn’t matter what you look like. You have all of the infinite energy you need right inside of you.

Breathe in and enjoy your body
Breathe out and say thank you body, you’re doing such a good job! You’ve been through so much!

Say to your body, I love you! You’re doing a great job, thank you!

Your body is here to serve you and help you enjoy this life.

Breathe in and bring light into your body
Breathe out and radiate joy and love and delight

Bring your attention into your body away from your thoughts and let yourself be here now, enjoying your natural state of peace and wellness and flow
