Imagine you’re at the bottom of a lake and you can be safe here. Everything in reality is happening on the surface and you can just watch it go by like waves. But you’re safe at the bottom of this lake—nothing can touch you. Nothing can hurt you. You’re safe to watch your thoughts and emotions drift by.

Breathe in and feel peace
Breathe out and just be here now

At the bottom of this lake, you are calm. You are at ease. You feel safe.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts go by
Breathe out and watch your feelings go by

This life is just a drama, just something to watch. You don’t have to get attached to a specific outcome. You can just let it all go by like clouds in the sky or waves in the ocean.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax.

Breathe in and lift yourself up
Breathe out and decide to not care.

You don’t have to care. You don’t have to blame. You don’t have to worry. You can just relax into the bottom of this lake with me.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts go by.
Breathe out and decide to not care

Decide to be at peace with whatever is. Decide to accept this moment for what it is. Decide to love and accept yourself just the way you are right now.

Breathe in and let peace fill you
Breathe out and feel carefree

You’re at the bottom of the lake where no one can see you or touch you, where your thoughts just float by, where there’s nothing to worry about, where you are at peace

Breathe in and be that calm tranquil bottom of the lake
Breathe out and feel yourself relaxing

Breathe in and decide to be your reason for feeling good
Breathe out and remember you already perfect the way you are

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and know life is at peace with you

There is no right or wrong, there is only experience and expression. At the bottom of the lake, there is no right or wrong, just thoughts passing by, feelings passing by. You are safe and you are still, and you are the source of your peace.
