Daily Meditation – Choose Your Seeds

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax and bring your attention to this moment, right here, right now. If you’re worried about anything, think to yourself, “I’ve decided to feel good about that, it’s working itself out.” Say it over and over and over until you feel a little bit better, and then look somewhere in your current moment and you’ll find a synchronicity that tells you you’re on the right path.

Breathe in and decide to feel good about that
Breathe out and know that it’s working itself out.

You don’t have to get involved. You can trust life. You can trust the universe. You can relax and let go of your worries right now.

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

You don’t have to care. You don’t have to worry. You don’t have to care about all those things society tells you you have to care about. You don’t have to let things make you feel bad, even if it is culturally common to do so. You can be a leader. You can feel good anyway.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious
Breathe out and remember, this is your life!

You don’t have to care about what other people think. You have a limited time here, enjoy it.

Breathe in and decide to enjoy this moment right now
Breathe out and know that’s all you can do

All you can do is enjoy this moment right now. Let your worries go, decide to feel good about whatever you’re thinking about, and enjoy right now.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and relax your body

This is YOUR time. This is YOUR reality. If you believe your thoughts create your reality, life can be pretty simple.

Breathe in and think about what you want
Breathe out and be your own reason for feeling good

You don’t need to receive what you want to feel good. You don’t need that money or relationship or weightless or whatever it is to feel good. You can be your own source of feeling good right now. It’s so easy to do—just let go of your thoughts. Let them go by. Let yourself be here now, not bothered by your worries.

Breathe in and lift yourself up! You’re the creator
Breathe out and remember you’re in control

Your control is letting go. Just let go of your thoughts, let go of your worries, and you WILL be in control of your life. The control you have over your life is the control over how you feel. You get to choose, you get to decide. You get to choose how you feel right now.

Right now I’m choosing to feel good about myself, and all those others worries, I say “I’ve decided to feel good about that, it’s working itself out.” You can’t live your life in fear, and you can’t enjoy your day if you’re constantly worried.

Breathe in and feel lighter! You’ve let that go!
Breathe out and remember you don’t have to care.

Just because someone told you you have to care, doesn’t mean you have to. You are in control of your thoughts. You’re in control of your mind and your body and your perception. You’re in control of which thoughts you allow and which thoughts you drop as soon as they cross your mind. Just because you think something, doesn’t make it true, doesn’t mean it’s real. You can just drop that thought and it’ll never grow into your reality. It’s like a seed—you’re sifting through seeds when you’re thinking. You wouldn’t pick the crappiest seeds and plant those—that’s what you do when you worry. Instead you can let the best seeds come to you and forget about all the rest. If you want the best seeds to come to you, you have to feel good, and if you want to feel good, you can just be here now. And if you want to be here now, I recommend several techniques such as, silent counting in your head—counting to 100 over and over in your head until you get to 10000 at the end of the day.

Or, follow your breath by saying
Breathing in I know I’m breathing in
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out

Or use a mantra/affirmation like
When you breathe in say “I love myself”
When you breathe out say “I don’t give a fuck”

Because you don’t, really, deep down. Whatever technique you use to be here now in the present moment, it doesn’t matter. Because there’s always some way to pull yourself back.

Breathe in and focus
Breathe out and let the good seeds of thought come to you

When you feel good, you’re a magnet to those good seeds of thought. When you think thoughts that feel good, you encourage them to grow in your reality.

Breathe in and smile! You don’t have to figure it out
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts and all your trying to figure it out, and just be here now
