Decide right now to relax. Relax your body. You can choose how you feel. How do you want to feel?

Allow yourself to enjoy right now. Right now is all there is. Allow yourself to calm down, to smile. Let your attention come back to this moment

Breathe in and know you are safe in the present moment
Breathe out and know that your power lies in the present moment

You can step back into this present moment right now and you can keep doing it throughout the day, whenever you feel a dip in your mood, or you find your thoughts wandering.

Everything ever created lead up to right now, to you in this moment, to what you’re doing right now.
