Welcome back. Welcome to a fresh now. Welcome to a clean slate.

Breathe in and lift yourself up
Breathe out and begin to remember your power

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let go of your worries

Whatever you want, remember that it always comes. It always comes when you let it go. Whatever it is, when you let it go, it will come.

Breathe in and remember it always comes
Breathe out and know it always comes

If it always comes, there’s no need to worry about it. There’s no need to plan for the future—to think about “What happens if I don’t get it?” If it always comes, you don’t have to worry. If it always comes, there’s nothing to do but enjoy right now and let it come to you.

Breathe in and focus your attention
Breathe out and bring your focus to this moment right here

Breathe in and place your focus on your breath
Breathe out and feel your breath moving in and out of your body

If it always comes, and there’s nothing to worry about, all there is to do is enjoy this moment. If you want to enjoy this moment right here right now, just let your thoughts go and focus on your breath.

When you focus on your breath, you have two choices: you’re either focusing on your breath in the background, and still thinking, or all of your attention is on your breath.

When you breathe in, you can have your attention on your breath in or on that thought you’re thinking. When you breathe out, you can have your attention on your breath or that thought you’re thinking.

Use your breath as a tool to remind you in every moment to shift your attention away from your thoughts and worries, and onto the here and now, where everything’s fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Allow yourself to have singular focus today. Your mind will try to pull you away from your breath, saying, “You really should think about this! You really should worry about this! You definitely have to think about this.” But in every moment you have a breath to guide you back to the present, and every moment you get to choose—either, or. Either your attention is on your breath or your attention is on your thoughts.

Breathe in and claim your attention. It’s yours!
Breathe out and use your attention the way you want it to be used

Breathe in and feel your breath moving inside
Breathe out and feel your breath leaving your body

Breathe in and smile! You can be here right now!
Breathe out and decide to enjoy this moment right now.

It always comes so you don’t have to worry about it. If it always comes, you can just bring your attention to this moment, right here, right now.

Say this to yourself over and over, use it as your anchor to ask yourself in each breath, “What is my attention on and where do I want it to be?”
