Welcome back. Welcome to a fresh start in this moment. Right now, decide to choose to feel good.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and decide to have fun today.

Listen for the flow. Listen to what life is telling you. Listen to what your reality is communicating to you in every moment.

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Allow well being to flow through you. Allow yourself to relax and smile!

Breathe in and decide to be fun!
Breathe out and begin to feel playful

You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Imagine you just won the lottery and you get to go on vacation tomorrow. Begin to feel enthusiasm filling your body. You can have whatever you want. You can do whatever you want. You can go wherever you want. You are free!

Breathe in and feel enthusiastic!
Breathe out and let go of your doubts and your fears.

Breathe in and pull enthusiasm into you
Breathe out and spread wave of love to everyone in the world

You can get yourself excited. You can bring enthusiasm into your own life, just by choosing to feel that way.

Breathe in and feel excited because this is your day!
Breathe out and feel enthusiastic about your life.

You’ve just won the lottery and you get to go on vacation tomorrow. Life is exciting! You’re in the right place at the right time for sure.

Breathe in and feel the way you want to feel now
Breathe out and know that enthusiasm attracts experiences that will make you feel more enthusiastic.

You have to first become it if you want to see it. However you want to feel, choose to feel it first.

Breathe in and decide how you want to feel.
Breathe out and know that life will give you anything you want.

The only obstacle is your own mind.

Breathe in and choose to focus on feeling good
Breathe out and feel energy coursing through your body with each breath

Breathe in and say “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck!”

As you go about your day, repeat to yourself over and over, when you breathe in
“I love myself!
When you breathe out,
“I don’t give a fuck!”

That way, you’re always practicing a vibration of love, and also a vibration of non-attachment. You don’t care what happens, you’ll be happy regardless, because you are your own source of enthusiasm. The feeling comes from inside. The more you practice feeling the way you want to feel, the more you’ll see evidence of it in your reality.

    I just found your blog late last week, and so far, I’m loving everything.

    I just wanted to share with you that I’ve been using the “I love myself. I don’t give a fuck” breathing technique. It has been helping me let go of some of the attachment to needing the please others, especially others who I really don’t need to be pleasing anymore (i.e., parents), and to help transition back into a feel good state. I am not really fond of meditating because I’m easily distracted, but I am really liking your guided meditations.
