You are in control of your attention. You get to choose what you focus on. What you focus on expands.

Breathe in and focus on what it is that you want
Breathe out and feel what it feels like to have what you want

Breathe in and feel good about yourself
Breathe out and bring your attention back to this moment.

Allow yourself to be still. Forgive yourself for anything you might be judging yourself about.

Breathe in and say “I forgive myself”
Breathe out and say “I forgive myself”

Breathe in and say “YES!”
Breathe out and say “THANK YOU!”

Yes, thank you.

Breathe in and feel your focus getting stronger.
Breathe out and feel good about yourself

You deserve to feel good about yourself. You deserve to feel good about yourself right now.

Breathe in and say “I feel good about myself!”
Breathe out and relax.

You don’t have to think about it. Your mind might come up with lots of buts, but allow yourself to plant the seed of “I feel good about myself” and then come back to the present moment

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and say thank you for this breath

Breathe in and be glad to be alive!
Breathe out and feel excited about the adventure that is today

Today is the best day of your life!

Breathe in and say “Thank you!”
Breathe out and say “Thank you!”

You are so welcome in this world. Every single thing in your reality supports you and loves you.

Breathe in and see through the illusion
Breathe out and begin to feel life getting deeper

Relax and allow yourself to let go of your thoughts and step into this present moment.

Breathe in and remember you don’t have to think about it
Breathe out and remember that phrase, “Your best thinking got you here.”

You can allow yourself to let go of your thoughts now. You can feel confident. You can let yourself feel good about yourself in this moment right now.

Breathe in and say “I feel good about myself!”
