Daily Meditation – Your Presence Is Your Power

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

You don’t have to rush. You have perfect timing and you’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in don’t give a fuck about what other people think.
Breathe out and decide to DO YOU today.

You have one goal, and one goal only, and that is to feel good. It’s hard to feel good when you’re caring about what other people think or worrying about what’s the worst that could happen. Decide to let your worries and your thoughts go right now, so you can feel good.

Breathe in and be your own reason for feeling good
Breathe out and know that you are already perfect

Anything that contradicts that is an illusion. You are perfect exactly the way you are. You are in the right place at the right time doing everything right. Remember this: You are perfect. You are perfect. You are perfect the way you are. You are perfect as you are. You are perfect exactly the way you are right now.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Whatever you’re worried about, say “I don’t give a fuck!” Whatever you’re worried about, release it to the universe. Once you catch yourself worrying, say, “I’ve released that to the universe. I’ll let life work that out.”

Breathe in and feel light!
Breathe out and smile!

You are the one in control. You get to control how you feel. You control how you feel by choosing it. The only thing that could ever make you feel bad is your thoughts. You can manage your thoughts. You don’t have to control your thoughts, but you can step outside of your thoughts. When you step outside of your thoughts and remember, “Hey I’m not my thoughts! I don’t have to think about this!” then you feel better. You control how you feel by stepping outside of your thoughts. You can step outside of your thoughts by silent counting or following your breath or using a mantra or exercising or any number of things. Just remember when you feel stressed or worried, your power is that you can step outside of your thoughts into this present moment.

Breathe out and be here now

The present moment is a line. Thoughts take up space. There’s no room for thoughts in the present moment. When you’re here in the present moment everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about because you’re not thinking. You’re not attached to your thoughts. Your thoughts happen in the background but you watch them go by and enjoy what life is giving you right now.

Breathe in and say thank you for all you’re being given in this moment
Breathe out and feel your power growing.

Your presence is your power. Your only goal is to feel good and you can control how you feel by stepping outside of your thoughts.

Breathe in and step outside of your thoughts into this present moment
Breathe out and be kind to yourself

You’ve been practicing every day. You’ve been doing your absolute best. You can relax now. You don’t have to try. Just relax and decide to enjoy right now.
