Life is rigged in your favor. This moment is rigged in your favor. Everything in life is conspiring to help you. Life is doing everything it can to bring you what you want.

Breathe in and know life is helping you right now
Breathe out and say thank you to your body, for allowing you to be here, for making this moment possible, for keeping you alive for all of these years.

Thank your body for serving you, for reflecting you, for giving you a place to live.

Imagine yourself as a magnet attracting everything you want to you right now. Picture those things you want, flying to you, sticking to you—the toys, the money, the health, the relationships. Picture it all coming to you right now. Then what? Then you’re still left with you and however you feel. All that matters is how you feel, and getting what you want won’t make you any happier than you are right now. Allow yourself to enjoy your life right now, before getting that thing you think you need. Allow yourself to relax and meditate and feel good right now. Feel good regardless of your circumstances. Feel good regardless of what you have or don’t have. You’re alive and you get to choose how you feel. You can choose to feel better, by stepping outside of your mind. By letting go of your thoughts and your worries and your fears, by stepping into this present moment.

Breathe in and invite miracles into your life
Breathe out and know they’re coming, they’re on the way—just allow them to!

Decide to not worry or stress or think about your fears for the next 24 hours. Allow yourself to be at peace with what is. Allow yourself to step outside of your mind. Allow yourself to be here now.

Breathe in and remember this moment is rigged in your favor!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

If your worries or your fears come back, greet them with, “I’ve decided to feel good about that. It’s working itself out.” And you know deep down, that everything in your life truly is working itself out. You don’t need to get involved. You can just relax and decide to start enjoying your life right now.
