Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let your body relax.

Today is the best day of your life. Right now, you get to choose to enjoy it to the fullest.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go

Allow your attention to focus on this moment, right here, right now. Feel your body. Feel the hair on your head. Feel your feet on the floor. Feel your heart beating.

Breathe in and decide to enjoy this moment
Breathe out and remember that you can feel however you want to feel regardless of your circumstances

Breathe in and open up
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come

Whatever you’re worried about, just say “I’ve decided to feel good about that, it’s working itself out.” Life will bring you a solution, as soon as you let go of the problem.

Breathe out and say thank you for all you already have: your home, your health, your friends, your family, your pets. You already have so much.

Breathe in and listen for the flow

Allow yourself to let go of your worries. Allow yourself to feel fearless right now. You have nothing to be afraid of, and there is certainly nothing to worry about.

    I’m enjoying my manifestation manual very much, thank you for creating it, it’s awesome. I just cross out the things I don’t give an F about because I really don’t give an F haha. I though I’d share someone I found on you tube with you. My favorites are Abraham Hicks (most favorite) I adore Eckhart Tolle, was surprised you also like Drunvalo Melchizadek. Anyway this guy’s name is Matt Kahn. I found him doing a YouTube search for ways to raise my vibration. He is freaking hilarious! Such a joy to listen to and easier than reading a book. He’s now got me daily making a list of things that are awesome about me. My happiness increases each day as I reprogram all the crap we have been fed about what rejects we are in our lives. Another person who is uber awesome is Valerie V Hunt and her book “Infinite Mind Science of the Human Vibrations of Consciousness” She’s a doctor and scientist and enlightened me about auras, psychics, remote viewing, hands on healing, past lives, telepathy. Things that could further yor work, if you are much of a book reader. Anyway, always thinking of you and Kelly and I send my love, Melissa
