Your happiness is not dependent on your circumstances. When you practice that carefree mindset of “I don’t give a fuck! No matter what happens, I don’t care!” You develop your inner source of love and peace. You don’t need to look to anything outside of you to feel good. You can be your reason for feeling good right now. Then you won’t need the money or the people or the drugs or the food—all those things we chase so they make us feel better. Instead we can choose to feel good right now, because it’s all inside of us right now.
