You get to choose! You get to choose how you feel. You get to choose your perspective.

Breathe in and decide how you want to feel
Breathe out and let go of how you want to feel

However you feel right now, make peace with it. Right now, decide to enjoy the contrast.

Breathe in and say “Thank you for everything!”
Breathe out and thank yourself. Thank yourself for being here right now.

Thank your body. Thank this world for being here for you.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious and you don’t have to care!
Breathe out and let all of that negative energy go. You don’t need it!

You don’t have to dwell on the past. You can just be here now.

Forgive yourself for whatever you think you did wrong. Forgive yourself for being who you are. Allow yourself to love and accept yourself exactly the way you are right now. You’re perfect the way you are right now. You’re doing such a good job.

Picture it leaving your body. Flowing into the earth, where it is neutralized.

Even your mistakes lead you to the right place. You’ve made it this far. Right now you’re in the right place at the right time doing exactly what you should be doing

Breathe out and be here now

Go into that space between your thoughts and listen for the flow. Let go of your thoughts about this world. You don’t have to think about anything. That space between your thoughts is where you can go rest.

Breathe in and listen to the advice you’re hearing
Breathe out and trust that where you are is perfect

Trust that you’re receiving what you wanted right now. Trust that what you want will come. Of course it will come it always comes! But you don’t need to receive what you want to be happy. You can choose to feel good right now in this moment, just by stepping into that space between your thoughts.

In this moment, you are changed. In this moment you are here. In this moment, you are cared for. In this moment, right now, everything is going perfectly. In this moment right now, everything is unfolding perfectly. In this moment right now, it’s working. In this moment right now, you are focused and you are allowing well being to flow.

You have a space to rest now. You can step into that space right now.
