Breathe out and feel lighter already

This is the best day of your life, again! You can keep having the best day of your life every day. Just let go of your thoughts and the rest will flow.

Breathe in and bring love into your body
Breathe out and feel universal energy filling you up, running through your body, bringing you life and love and ease and flow

Breathe in and smile! Really smile, just try it!
Breathe out and decide how you want to feel today.

I want to feel giddy and free and fun and light.

Breathe in and feel what it would feel like to feel giddy and fun and free and light! Playful!
Breathe out and let go of your desire and trust that it’s coming.

Even if you don’t feel amazing right now, just make peace with it by saying, “I’ve noticed that I’m feeling not my best and that’s ok.” Then just sit there with it and it will go away.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is
Breathe out and say thank you for everything you have already

You get to choose in every moment what you focus on and only your thoughts can ever make you feel bad. You can choose to focus on thoughts that feel good, or choose to not focus on thought at all. You can just be here now, focused in this moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and lift yourself up
Breathe out and think about what you want

All things that you want, you only want them because you think they’ll make you feel good. So let’s decide to feel good together right now. Then when you feel good, the things that are a match to that feeling will flow to you. And it won’t even matter because you’ll feel good and you won’t need that thing to make you feel good anymore.

Breathe in and say thank you for my health, my home, my friends, my family, my pets, my clothes, my city, this world, my breath
Breathe out and thank yourself for taking the time to just be here now

In this moment, you are gathering so much power, so much momentum. All of life is conspiring to help you! Allow yourself to relax and be still. Allow yourself to receive and allow.

Breathe in and think about one person you want to send love to
Breathe out and wish that person the best day of their life

You have so much power. You’re telepathic. You’re magickal. You’re divine! Sometimes your mind doesn’t want to believe it, but you can just step outside of your mind into this moment and you’ll see evidence of your power immediately.

Breathe in and remember everything is a sign
Breathe out and know that life is giving you exactly what you wanted right now

Breathe in and open up to receiving
Breathe out and allow life to flow

You have nothing to worry about. It’s safe to let go.
