Daily Meditation – This Moment Is Already Perfect

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax. Bring your attention back to this moment, right here right now. Allow yourself to enjoy the magick life.

Breathe in and feel everything working out.
Breathe out and know that you can relax now.

You can let go of your worries and your thoughts and your fears right now.

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and let go

Bring all of your attention to this moment. In this moment you are perfectly cared for. In this moment you have everything that you need. Only your thoughts could ever make you feel bad.

Breathe in and feel yourself slowing down
Breathe out and surrender

Surrender to the flow of well being that is natural for all living things. Surrender to the process of life.

Breathe in and step outside of your mind
Breathe out and see the bigger picture

You can zoom out, step outside of your thoughts. You can look at your thoughts instead of being your thoughts. They’re just things like stones, you can pick them up and put them down. You didn’t make them, you attracted them. When you allow yourself to relax, when you step outside of your mind, you’ll feel better and better and attract better feeling thoughts.

Breathe in and say “I love myself”
Breathe out and trust that you’re in the right place at the right time

No matter how it looks life is always trying to help you.

Breathe in and say thank you
Breathe out and smile

Decide right now that this is the best day of your life. You can feel the excitement already. Anything could happen! What’s the best that could happen?

Breathe in and celebrate where you are
Breathe out and appreciate all that you already have

You can let yourself slow down and bask in this moment. This moment already is perfect. You don’t need a thing to make it better.

Let go of your worries. You can let go of them by casting a spell every time you notice a worried thought. Just say “magick life” and then count to 100. It’s a perfect tidy spell for dropping those worries and entering the present moment.

Breathe in and celebrate this day! Celebrate yourself!
Breathe out and know you’re already perfect and you don’t have to change a thing.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Everything is working out. Everything is already fine and you’re doing such a good job!
