Today, choose a singular focus to place your attention on as often as you can. Lately I’ve been using the phrase “magick life” and i say it to myself over and over and over in response to any worries I find myself thinking. If I have a painful thought or worry I just say “magick life” because you either believe it or you don’t.

Breathe in and lighten up it’s not serious!
Breathe out and just have fun!

This life is just for fun. You can release the pressure on yourself now. You don’t have to care.

Breathe in and feel lighter
Breathe out and say thank you

Thank you life for everything. Thank you body for everything. Life is helping you thrive and flourish right now. The less you think about it the more you’ll see evidence.

Breathe in and open up
Breathe out and trust the magick life

The magick life is just stepping outside of your mind, surrendering the need to do and control, and allowing life to work it out.

Breathe in and give life a chance to work it out
Breathe out and trust that there is a bigger picture that you are an integral part of

You can relax now. You can return to center now. You’ve been doing it more and more and more and more.

Breathe out and keep your mind and thoughts off of this world

Keep your mind on your connection to source, the spot inside of you from which you come.

Breathe in and believe in the magick life
Breathe out and let what you want come to you

You’re here to enjoy this world and everything you want is clamoring to get to you. Relax your mind and let your worries go and then you won’t have a tangled fence in front of the things you want. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Today you are the master of your mind. Today we believe in the magick life!
