Relax. Welcome to this moment. Welcome to the present, where all of your power is.

Breathe in and say thank you for a new day.
Breathe out and know that fresh opportunities are coming your way.

Anything could happen today.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and step into this moment.

You are so blessed. You have nothing to worry about. Life is on your side.

Breathe in and feel peace overcoming you.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Release them into the earth.

Breathe in and know that today is the best day of your life!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Listen for the flow and follow the flow. In every moment you can feel the flow if you ask yourself.

Breathe in and feel for the flow.
Breathe out and follow the flow.

The flow will take you where you want to go. It might not look the way you expected, but it will always work out.

Breathe in and listen to the energy that’s already inside of you.
Breathe out and feel your inner body—the point from which you come.

Feel your center. The divine is protecting you from within. Your source is always loving you and always caring for you and always making sure you’re ok. You have nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and observe your thoughts.
Breathe out and step away from your thoughts.

The less you think, the better you’ll feel, so let’s count at every meal! When you find yourself overwhelmed by worries or fears, remember you don’t have to think those thoughts. Those thoughts are not you. You don’t have to think about anything. You are under no obligation. No one’s telling you to think about those worries.

Breathe in and lighten up! Today is a beautiful day!
Breathe out and relax. Let your thoughts go.

I’ve already forgot what I’m worried about! Do that over and over instead of thinking, any time you encounter a negative thought, anytime you’re worried sick—count to 100. Then count to 1000. Then count to 10,000. You’ll feel so light! Because you’re not trapped in your thoughts. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. You can trust the universe. The universe loves you and even though it’s scary to experience change, the change is leading you towards what you want.

Breathe in and say thank you for this beautiful body! I love you body!
Breathe out and say thank you for this home and for my friends, for everyone who takes care of me.

Breathe in and say thank you god for everything
Breathe out and remember that you are safe in this moment and in this moment everything is taken care of.

In this present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.
