Grateful for my home and for my city and for money in the bank to pay my bills and rent. Grateful to be able to give gifts. Grateful for my gym membership! Grateful for group exercise classes. Grateful to feel good about myself. Grateful to be drinking less. Grateful to be at peace with what is. Grateful for my computer. Grateful I don't have to care. Grateful I can choose my thoughts. Grateful for my freedom. Grateful for snow days. Grateful for hot coffee and hot showers. Grateful for coconut oil. Grateful for the School of Life Design. Grateful for new ideas. Grateful to be writing. Grateful life loves me. Grateful to feel cared for. Grateful to feel better today. Grateful to be sore. Grateful to feel order in my consciousness.

Wouldn't it be nice to have and be fun? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh and play? Wouldn't it be nice to let go? Wouldn't it be nice to drop the thoughts that aren't serving me? Wouldn't it be nice to meet Nicki? Wouldn't it be nice to let her come to me? Wouldn't it be nice to practice appreciating myself? Wouldn't it be nice to count to 10000? Wouldn't it be nice to give what I want to receive? Wouldn't it be nice to go for a run? Wouldn't it be nice to write another article today? Wouldn't it be nice to finish our project? Wouldn't it be nice to let my thoughts go? Wouldn't it be nice to lighten up? Wouldn't it be nice to relax...

I'm switching to the version of reality I prefer. In the reality I prefer, life is working out for me. I am at peace with what is. Life is on my side. I am taking care of myself. I am making my best work. I am inspired and excited about life! I am letting life be fun and easy. I am relaxed. I am relaxing into the flow. I am doing the work. I am focused. I am practicing presence. I am letting life live me. Little by little, day by day, everything is going more and more my way!

In the reality I prefer, I am already perfect. I don't need to change a thing. I am perfect right now! I am in the right place at the right time. I am letting life take care of everything. I am letting go and letting god. I am focused on the presence within as my only source and supply. I am at peace with what is. I am so happy with what I have. I appreciate myself and how far I've come. I am here now. I am present now. I am connected to my source. I am magickal. I am inspired and letting the flow through!

Today I intend to have the best day of my life. I intend to feel good about myself. I intend to be my reason for feeling good. I intend to let go. I intend to relax. I intend to practice compassion and presence. I intend to go with the flow. I intend to let life be easy. I intend to let life live me. I intend to be kind to myself. I intend to appreciate myself. I intend to count. I intend to laugh and be fun. I intend to play and be light. I intend to trust the process of life. I intend to appreciate my perfection. I intend to give what I want to receive. I intend to project love. I intend to let what I want come to me!

I love it when I convince my mind to practice presence. I love it when I feel excited about life. I love it when I feel good about myself. I love it when I do the work. I love it when I enjoy designing. I love it when I feel inspired to make art. I love it when I feel excited to be me!
