Daily Meditation – Notice How You Feel

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax. Let yourself be here now. Take a moment to step outside of your thoughts. Say to yourself, "I've noticed that I'm feeling _______ and that's ok." Take a moment right now to notice what you're feeling.

Breathe in and know that whatever you're feeling it's ok.
Breathe out and just let go.

"I've noticed that I'm feeling frustrated and that's ok." "I've noticed that I'm feeling rushed and that's ok." Use this technique to let go of your worries as you think them.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and don't give a fuck because it doesn't matter.

None of it matters. It doesn't matter if you get the thing done that you want to get done. It doesn't matter if your plans change. It doesn't matter if you have to go outside of your comfort zone and you don't want to. Just notice how you're feeling and say it's ok and then it will be.

Breathe in and feel relief.
Breathe out and feel yourself getting your power back.

You're magickal, you get to have fun, you get to do whatever you want.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream
Breathe out and feel energized

This is your adventure. You get to choose what happens next. And the way you can control is by letting go of control. The way you let go of control is by noticing how you feel or what you're thinking and letting it go. You are not your thoughts, you don't have to be attached to your thoughts, you don't have to think those thoughts that you think you have to think

Breathe in and notice how you're feeling
Breathe out and say "That's ok."

It's ok if you're scared. It's ok if you don't feel good. But you don't have to hold onto it. You can just watch it and let it pass.

Breathe in and celebrate! Today is a celebration after all!
Breathe out and remember that today is the best day of your life

You're breathing, you're still alive. Most of your worries and fears have to do with death, but you're still alive!

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and feel so relieved because nothing matters and you can feel good regardless of circumstance

Now that you've noticed what you're feeling and made peace with it, you can step into the present moment where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.
