Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Bring your mind back to your body, right here, right now.

Breathe in and smile
Breathe out and feel relieved

This is the best day of your life. This is your magick show. You're in a lucid dream, you just woke up.

Breathe in and understand
Breathe out and feel better already

Relax. Bring your attention to this moment. Today when you breathe in, say "Ahh" and when you breathe out say "Ahhh". Here's why: I'm reading this book by Wayne Dyer called Getting in the Gap: Making Conscious Contact with God Through Meditation. He suggests some techniques for stopping thinking and being here now. One way is to be constantly repeating the name of god in your head. In other religions it can be called simran. It's just thinking the same thing over and over and over so you have a singular focus and you're not distracted by your thoughts. [In the book, Dyer claims that "ah" is the sound of god in most religions, so that's what he is using as the name of god. You could use any name you like, but this one is particularly effortless.]

Breathe in and say ahhh
Breathe out and say ahhh

It's really cool. When you breathe in, say ahhh like you understand something, like something is coming to light, like "ahah I get it".

When you breathe out, feel what it feels like when you do say that "ahhh" like you're in a hot tub or you're drinking a beer, or you sit down after walking around all day. "Ahhh"

Breathing in, say ahhh
breathing out, say ahhh

This is a form of meditation that's called Japa [taught by Indian teacher Mother Meera], it's very popular in many ancient traditions.

Breathe in and say "ahhh"
Breathe out and say "ahhhh"
