Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax and be here now. Even if you feel rushed. Even if your mind is someplace else. Even if you have to go do or be something in 5 minutes, you can still relax and be here now. You can still bring your mind back to your body and enter this present moment.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and say thank you

Say thank you to your body for being here now.

Breathe in and lighten up
Breathe out and let go

As you go about your day, take the time to say as many times as you can, "Thank you god for everything". It doesn't matter if you believe in god, or source, or infinite intelligence--think of it as love, or the mysterious unknown.

The more you say thank you god for everything, even when you think there's nothing to be thankful for, the more you'll attract experiences to feel gratitude about.

Thank you for the air, the food, the trees, the water, the earth, for my city, for my health, for this Now.

My method for training my mind today is to try to be conscious of every breath with

Breathing in I know I'm breathing in
Breathing out I know I'm breathing out

And as often as I can, thinking "thank you god for everything".
Allow gratitude to shift your life today. Allow your perspective to open up to receiving
