Let it go. Whatever it is, let it go. You don't need to think about that anymore. It's time to let it go.

Breathe in and feel better already.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Whatever's happening, is supposed to happen. Wherever you are, it's the right place at the right time. You don't have to do anything to be successful. There's nothing to achieve. The only measure of success is how much you're enjoying this moment right now.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Let go of your need to achieve. Let go of your worries, let go of your need to achieve, let go of whatever it is that you think you need to be doing in order to be a more whole person. You are whole right now. As a result, everything you want flocks to you.

Breathe in and welcome the interruptions and distractions in your reality. THey are the universe giving you gifts.
Breathe out and just relax.

Allow yourself to focus your attention right here right now. Gather all of it. Ignore everything else in your mind other than what's right here right now.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and smile.

You are a guest in this world. The universe is providing for you in every moment. The interruptions, the distractions, the changes of course--that's the universe giving you sustenance.

Breathe in and lift yourself up
Breathe out and just be here now

Allow yourself to listen to the flow of life. You can hear it right in the center of your head. Decide that today, you'll focus on loving yourself and being happy with what you have, where you are.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say I love you.

Focus your attention on you, on that point in the center, right here, your third eye. Focus your attention there, on the portal between physical reality and the unknown. Focus your attention on that point through which you come.

As you go about your day, keep your attention on your third eye and your breath saying

Thank you
I love you

Devote as much of your attention, as much as your energy as you can, on focusing on that point, following your breath, thanking yourself and telling yourself you love yourself.

When you give yourself the love and attention you crave so much from others, you will feel whole, without those manifestations, without the other people. You will feel complete and you will feel whole, and everything you want will come to you.
