Breathe in and raise your vibration
Breathe out and release your resistance

Relax. Bring all of your attention to this current moment. The only point of life is to enjoy this current moment. Allow your mind to slow, your body to relax. Allow yourself to open up to receiving.

Breathe in and bask in all of the abundance surrounding you
Breathe out and remember that all of this is here for you

You are a guest in this world, and everything is provided for you. You can relax and receive. You don't have to strive. You don't have to try. You can surrender and allow what you want to come to you.

Breathe in and listen
Breathe out and surrender

You don't need anything to be happy. You can choose it right now, by letting your thoughts go, by just watching them go by, instead of becoming identified with them, consumed by them. You are the master of your mind, not the other way around.

Breathe in and tell yourself, "I love and accept you exactly the way you are."
Breathe out and tell yourself, "I love and accept you exactly the way you are."

Sometimes silent counting is a really effective mantra, but sometimes "I love and accept myself exactly the way I am" is a really effective mantra. Today, I've been combining the two, which I like. Something like, "1. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. 2. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are. 3. Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are..." and so on.

Anything you can do to keep your thoughts off of this world and on the presence within you, the divine within you, anything you can do to keep that focus, that singular focus--use it! The less time you spend thinking about the world and your problems, the more time you'll feel free and loved and perfect and in the right place at the right time. This right now is the right place and the right time. You made it! This is it! This is what you've come for! This is why your here. Just to relax and enjoy the ride. To be part of a play. To have fun!

Breathe out and celebrate!

You're breathing, you're alive! You're completely free to do whatever you want!

Breathe in and listen to the flow.
Breathe out and feel more connected than you've ever felt before.

Let your thoughts go. Allow yourself to simplify by letting your thoughts go. You can connect to a much greater intelligence than logic and reason. Instead of thinking, you can know.
