First of all, sweet dreams. The other day someone at the beer barn said to me, "Sweet dreams!" after we completed our purchase. Isn't "Sweet dreams!" a nice salutation?

Breathe in and have sweet dreams
Breathe out and remember you're dreaming right now

You can wake up in the dream at any time, and return to the present where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about. At any time, you can be here now. It's your choice.

Breathe in and choose to be here now.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

If life seems complicated, if there are a lot of moving parts, or you just want to figure it all out, use Simplify as your mantra.

Life can be instantly reduced to love. Instantly reduced to joy and freedom. Life can be simplified, and you can choose it right now.

Breathe in and feel relieved.
Breathe out and feel relieved.

You don't have to worry. You can let the flow take care of it. You can be here now. You can relax and stop thinking about those things you need to think about. You don't need to think about them, they will work themselves out. All that matters it your mood. You can choose to be in a good mood, right here, right now.

Breathe in and smile.
Breathe out and feel free.

There's no goal, no destination you're trying to get to. This is it. This moment is it. Whatever you can do to feel good right now, however you have to think, whatever you have to not think or not do, all that matters is feeling good now, enjoying this moment. Everything else is just worry and fear, mudding around in the future or past. You can choose to be at peace. You can choose to simplify, and lead by your example.

Breathe out and remember you're in an upward spiral, and you can allow yourself to go higher and higher!
