Say thank you to your body for always being on your side. Say thank you to your home. Say thank you to the ground that's holding you up. Say thank you to the breath in your lungs. You're here for another day. You are so blessed!

Breathe in and celebrate this day!
Breathe out and notice how far you've come.

You're a miracle. You've done everything right up until this point and you're going to continue to do everything right. Whatever your choices may be, you're on the right path.

This whole world, this whole reality, is for you. There is no point other than to enjoy it. It's just a dream, it's just for fun. Only your mind can ever make you have a bad time. You can choose to let your thoughts go and enter this present moment, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.

Life is taking care of you. Life loves you so much. Life is always giving you exactly what you want, as much as you can handle. If there's something you want but don't have, ask yourself, "Why don't I want it yet?" Everything comes when you're ready

You're ready and you're worth it. You've been practicing. You've been being so nice to yourself. You are allowing well being to flow, right now.

BReathe out and know wherever you are, it's exactly the right place at the right time,

When you look back you'll see how important it was that it happened this way. You're always getting what you wanted. You always have perfect timing. When you stop being mad, you will see you are receiving what you wanted.

You are connected to infinite intelligence. You are connected to that which created you. You are divine. You are magickal. You can have whatever you want.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and feel good about yourself.

Your accessing higher and higher vibrations. New dimensions. New possibilities. You're doing the work. And you know the only work is your mood. You've been able to be peaceful and tranquil more and more of the time. You're allowing well being to flow. Right now in this moment, you do love yourself. When you let your thoughts go, you see how perfect everything already is. Everything is fun and there's NOTHING to worry about!
