Welcome back. Allow yourself to say thank you for this moment. Allow yourself to relax. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and begin letting go of judgements of yourself and others.

Breathe in and be nice to yourself.
Breathe out and relax.

You can allow yourself to calm down. You can bring your attention to this present moment. You are in control. You are creating this reality. What do you want to create today?

Breathe in and tell yourself you love yourself
Breathe out and smile!

Your contrast and your flaws, your judgements against yourself--those things do create the reality you want. When you notice something you don't want, use it first as an opportunity to practice compassion, by wishing that no one else should have to suffer this way. And second, switch to the version you prefer. What is your contrast making you ask for?

Breathe in and feel better already.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and exhale fully

Let the energy of yesterday go. Let your negative thoughts go. Let all your thoughts go. It's time to start fresh, in this moment.

Breathe in and become a match to the solution
Breathe out and say "I love myself"

You are perfect and you don't have to change a thing. You are one with life, no matter how separate you feel. Life is on your side.

Breathe in and remember life loves you.
Breathe out and let go of your attachments.

You don't need anyone or any circumstance to feel good. You can choose to feel good right now. You can choose to celebrate who you are, even if you don't like that person all the time.

Come back to this present moment. There's no need to dwell on the past. You can relax now, in the present moment, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.
