Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax. Let the world stop. You don't need to pay attention to anything but what's right here, right now.

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and let yourself be here now.

Relax your mind. Allow yourself to listen instead of trying to come up with things to say. Let the universe bring to you what you want. Know that what's happening right now is what you wanted.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax.

Trust that you're in the right place at the right time and everything's unfolding perfectly. Trust that you don't have to change. You're already perfect.

Breathe in and be present, right here, right now.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Life is your playground. Each moment is an opportunity to be free, to let what you want come to you, to be who you know you already are.

Breathe in and rest in this present moment.
Breathe out and feel yourself recharging.

Be still. Let your thoughts and worries go. You don't need them. You don't need to plan out your day and hold that plan constantly in your head. You can just think about what you want and return to the present moment.

Breathe in and remember your presence is your craft.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Say thank you to life for supporting you. Say thank you to your body for making this moment possible. Say thank you for your breath. The more you say thank you, the more you'll attract experiences you'll want to say thank you to.

As you go about your day, practice being thankful for each and every breath. That way, when it comes for your time to die, you will have been present and thankful for each breath. You will have gotten your fill out of life. You will have been in each moment, experienced it for what it is. When you allow yourself to be present in each moment, appreciating the time you have now, what you want flows to you and you're always satisfied. You won't leave this world feeling like you've left things undone. Today, practice with the mantra:

Thank you for this breath in
Thank you for this breath out

Thank you for this breath in
Thank you for this breath out

When you are grateful for each breath that passes through your lips, you will be completely satisfied, completely blissful, here in the present moment, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.
