Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax. Allow yourself to calm down. Allow yourself to be still. Allow your thoughts to slow down.

Breathe in and be who you are
Breathe out and just relax

Let your body relax. Let your mind relax. Allow yourself to gather all of your attention and bring it right here right now. At any time, you can come rest in the present. At any time, you can find relief.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream
Breathe out and relax

Listen to the flow of life. Listen to the way things already are. Allow yourself to breathe. Allow yourself to not care about whatever you're thinking about. You can let everything go and come rest here in the present moment.

Breathe in and remember you're dreaming.
Breathe out and listen. Just listen!

Let it be easy. Allow yourself to be yourself. Allow yourself to let go. Allow yourself to not care what other people think.

Breathe in and know you're doing a great job!
Breathe out and remember that as long as you're breathing, you're doing a great job!

You don't have to try harder. You don't have to make something of your life. You already are something, you already are life! You're perfect the way you are and you don't have to change a thing and you don't have to feel bad for anything you do or say or don't say or don't do. You're perfect the way you are.

You can let your judgements go. You're not good or bad, you're perfect. It's ok to love yourself the way you are, and if every time you try, your mind comes back with "You can't love yourself because you did these things and you didn't do these things!" allow yourself to quiet your mind with a mantra like "I love myself" or "Jessica I love and accept you exactly the way you are," even if you don't believe it. Even if you can't bear to be with yourself.

Breathe in and be here now
Breathe out and yourself relax.

You're perfect the way you are and you don't have to change a thing. Just practice loving yourself because you deserve it.
