Daily Meditation – Your Alignment Is Always With You

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax. Quiet your mind. Let yourself come to this present moment. Allow yourself to let your thoughts go. Allow yourself to remember that all there really is, is this present moment.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and smile!

The more you can bring your attention to this present moment, the the things in the past and the future will work themselves out. Your fears of what's to come or what may have happened, anxieties about what you have to do next, plans, ideas, worries--you don't need any of that.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and feel yourself aligning.

Feel yourself coming back to center, right now. Your center is right here, right now. Your alignment is always with you, right now.

Breathe in and feel good about yourself.
Breathe out and celebrate who you are.

Your a perfect human. You are the universe people-ing. You are blossoming like a flower. You don't have to change. You don't have to achieve. You don't have to go anywhere. All of the stress in the world is caused by ideas and thoughts. In the now, there are no ideas or thoughts, just the now. Just what is. It's not right or wrong, it just is.

Breathe in and let yourself be.
Breathe out and let yourself be yourself.

If you feel yourself starting to get stressed, first remind yourself that if you care about an outcome, if you feel yourself caring--it's not gonna turn out the way you want it to be. You have to let go of your attachment to the outcome. So the first thing you can try is saying, "I don't give a fuck! I don't give a fuck about that thing I give a fuck about." Try practicing the feeling of not caring. Because really if you peel away all the layers, you don't care.

Breathe in and let it be easy.
Breathe out and let it be simple.

After you've banished your worries by saying, "I don't give a fuck" you can welcome yourself into the heaven of the now. You can keep yourself here in the present moment, simply, just by focusing on your breath. Say to yourself, "Breathing in, I know I am breathing in. Breathing out, I know I am breathing out." Then as you go about your day, whatever you're doing to keep yourself anchored in the present moment, just describe to yourself what you're doing, "Washing the dishes, I know I am washing the dishes. Reading a book, I know I am reading a book." Use your mind to keep yourself anchored in the present moment, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about!
