You can choose to be in this present moment. You're getting better at it every day. You've been making the choice more and more to feel good regardless of circumstance.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you've come!
Breathe out and say thank you to yourself for getting out of bed another day.

You have come so far. You're doing everything right and you are so loved. You can relax now. If you're feeling uneasy, or mad or bad or sad, try telling yourself, "Once you stop being mad, you'll see you're getting what you wanted."

Life already is the way you want it to be. You are receiving what you wanted, right now.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is

You are under no obligation to think. You don't have to worry. You don't have to feel stressed. Whatever negative thoughts you may have, you don't have to think them. Each thought is like an object, a stone that you find. You're choosing to pick it up and hold it. You can choose to put it down.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and quiet your mind.

Listen for the flow. You can hear it, right now.

Breathe in and allow well being to flow.
Breathe out and feel centered.

When you listen for the answers, when you quiet your mind and open up to receiving, you'll find that you already know what it is you want to know. You already have what it is you want to have. You already are the person you want to be.
