Daily Meditation – You Are Loved and Accepted

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax. Allow yourself to lighten up. Allow yourself to feel playful. Allow yourself to feel open. Relax your hands. Relax your shoulders. Relax your mind.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

When you breathe out, push out more air than you inhale, keep exhaling, get rid of all that old energy.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and be here now.

Life can be simple. You don't have to think about all of the things you've done. You don't have to judge yourself. And you certainly never have to feel bad. If you want to keep your concentration on projecting a loving signal, say to yourself, "I love and accept you exactly the way you are."

Breathe in and say "I love and accept you exactly the way you are."
Breathe out and say, "Your name here, I love and accept you exactly the way you are."

When you say it to yourself, try breathing in for one repetition and repeat when you breathe out. Let it help you focus on your breath and slow your mind down.

It's a pretty ideal vibration to project. It will return to you love and acceptance. It will help you focus, it will help you be here now and be nice to yourself.

Breathe in and say, "I love you and accept you exactly the way you are."
Breathe out and say "I love and accept you exactly the way that you are."

Wherever you are, love and accept it. Projecting that vibration makes you a magnet for more experiences in which you love and accept your reality.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and remember this is it.

This moment, is it! Do whatever you can to enjoy right now. Sometimes it's so simple as just saying "I love and accept you exactly the way you are."

You don't have to judge yourself. You've done nothing wrong. Everything is perfect and in its place. You're back in the now, where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.
