Welcome back. Step into this present moment where everything is fun and there's nothing to worry about.

This is it! This moment is it. What can you do to feel like you're already in paradise, right now? This is it. This is heaven. This is the pinnacle of creation. You, right now, in this moment.

Breathe in and enjoy it.
Breathe out and say thank you.

You're in the right place at the right time. You're doing the right thing. Let your judgements of yourself go. Be nice to yourself. Say to yourself, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I approve of myself. I love myself. I approve of myself.

You can choose, right now to take control of your vibration. It's not a lot of work, it's just a shift in perspective. Disentangling yourself from your mind and bringing your awareness to the present moment. One technique you can try is focusing your attention on your third eye. Your third eye is between your eyebrows. As you go about your day, imagine you're looking at it with you attention. Your third eye is your pineal gland, and it's like an eye that's closed. When you give it attention, it opens up. Attention is your third eye's food.

Breathe out and say thank you for the new perspective.

Keep your attention focused on your third eye. Just as if you were holding something in your hand, or if you had to balance a book on your head all day. Keep your attention on your third eye like it's a book balanced on your head you don't want to drop. Every time you feel your mood dip, or you experience some contrast, bring your attention back to your third eye. Imagine you're looking at it from the inside. Or you can close your eyes and look at it that way.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and smile because life is supposed to be fun!

This moment is the only moment there is. Your only job is to enjoy it. Sometimes, in life we have to endure experiences that are less than pleasant, that we want to escape from by thinking. Every time you feel that little unpleasantness, bring your attention back to your third eye and feel it opening up.
