Allow the flow to flow. All pain is caused by resisting the flow of life. Today, you are becoming one with the flow of life.

Breathe in and become one with the flow of life.
Breathe out and see that you are not separate from anything in life.

We are one big organism working together. What happens to you is natural and for the greatest good. You are already safe. You are already secure. You don't need money. You don't need another person. You don't need to improve your health to feel safe and secure.

Breathe in and be one with life.
Breathe out and remember you ARE life!

Let the flow through you. Say yes to what is, right now. In the now, there is no pain. If you feel pain in your body, focus your attention on the sensation. Your consciousness will bring light to it and it will dissolve.

Breathe in and be the observer.
Breathe out and just be here now.

You can let this be easy. You can smile and be light. You have a limited amount of attention and there are unlimited good things in life to focus on. No one said you have to focus on what you don't like. No one said you have to pay attention to the things you don't want. Imagine paying attention to the things you like in life, the good things. Can you see how it's possible to keep your attention on only that which you want more of?

Breathe in and let it be easier today.
Breathe out and feel how powerful you're becoming.

You're a magician. You're god in human form. You are divine. You're made up out of the universe itself.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and smile.

You can trust the process. When a bad thing happens, remember that it's a solution. The instant you experience something you don't want, imagine what you do want instead. That's called switching to the other side of the wave-using what you don't want to create what you do want.

Breathe in and lighten up!
Breathe out and let life get deeper.

There's nothing to be afraid of. You're already safe. Allow your mind to slow down. Allow yourself to touch the stillness that's inside of you. Allow yourself to bring your attention back to that singular focus.

That singular focus is where you'll find your power. You can test out your singular focus in a simple way. Try balancing on one foot and staring at a single spot. If you let your eyes wander around, you won't have very good balance. But if you can stare at a single spot, your balance will improve. Apply that to your thoughts. If you can keep your thoughts focused on a single spot, your balance will improve.

Breathe in and walk the tightrope of life
Breathe out and feel so excited because you're getting better every day and it's fun to get better. It's fun to improve. It's fun to practice. It's fun to iterate.

You are so good. You are so loved. You are so connected to everything. You are one with life, so there's nothing to be afraid of. Life can't get you. You ARE life.

Breathe in and feel relief.
Breathe out and get ready for life to become deeper.

It's what you've been searching for. Allow what you want to come to you.
