Welcome to the now. Welcome to this present moment. For the next few minutes, turn your attention towards this moment and allow yourself to enjoy right now.

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and let what you want come to you.

You don't have to try. You don't have to force. You don't have to worry. You don't have to care. You can relax. And allow. And let what you want come to you. Acknowledge your desire, and release it to the universe. Trust that it's on the way. Trust that you're in the right place at the right time and that everything's unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and remember you're doing the best you can
Breathe out and remember that everyone around you is also doing the best that they can

Listen for the flow. Feel for your inner body. Feel for that point in yourself that connects you to your source. Remember who you are. You are source energy itself. You are god. You are divine.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let your body relax.

Whenever you start to feel lack, like you need more money, or you need this one thing so you can be happy, remember that it is your connection of source that allows what you want to flow.

All it takes to feel better and begin allowing is to slow down and connect to source.

Breathe in and connect.
Breathe out and feel your connection getting stronger.

Throughout your day, if you're having trouble staying connected to source, you can always go back to silent counting. If you're anxious or depressed or mad, count to 100. It'll work every time. If you can focus on something else other than what you're focused on, that problem can work itself out.

Breathe in and feel better already.
Breathe out and feel so much relief.

You do know the answer. You do know how to connect to source.

Breathe out and feel yourself enjoying this moment.

This is the main event. This moment is its own reward. Life already is the way you want it to be.

It can be terrifying to remember how much power you really have. It's only when your contrast becomes so great that you can't bear it, that you're willing to connect.

Breathe in and appreciate your contrast
Breathe out and say thank you for the contrast that helps you ask, for the contrast that helps you know what you don't want so you know what you do want

Say thank you for the contrast that helps you appreciate feeling good, sunny days, good relationships, good food. Every time you experience what you don't want, it creates what you do want. Acknowledge your desire and trust that it's coming.

Breathe out and empty your mind

Awakening is a process you can't rush. You do become more conscious every day. The only hard work is slowing down. The only hard work is taking that first step towards feeling better. Disentangling from your thoughts, remembering that you are not your thoughts and you don't have to be tied up in your problems.

Breathe in and feel how connected you are now
Breathe out and remember you can connect at any time

Allow yourself to just be here now and enjoy this moment. Feel how good it feels to have a body that can breathe, that can smile, that can touch, that can feel. You are so blessed to be here at this moment. This won't last forever.

It's not serious. You already have peace within you. You're already connected.
