Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

You are the creator of you. Whatever you focus on will be reflected back to you. Right now, choose who you are. I am light, I am love. I am in the flow, I am connected to source. I am smiling. I am fun. I am excited. I am enthusiastic. I'm aligned. I'm free. I don't care. I don't give a fuck. I am having fun. I am letting go. I am allowing life to live me.

Breathe in and let yourself be yourself
Breathe out and choose who that is

Your words are so powerful. You can change your mood, you can change the direction of your life in an instant. When you start feeling bad, it only means that you're caught up in your thoughts. Your thoughts are the only thing that could ever make you feel bad. Just say to each thought, "i don't give a fuck!" or "I've decided to feel good about that. It's working itself out." Come back to the now, where there aren't any thoughts. Come back to the now. Go deeper into this now. Remember you're dreaming. You've just woken up. What are you going to do with your power now that you're awake in the dream?

Breathe in and feel powerful!
Breathe out and feel excited because this world is your playground.

Imagine letting go of all of your thoughts right now. Letting go of your definitions of what things are. Letting go of your awareness of future plans. Letting go of your schedule and to do list and all of those thoughts that run in the back of your mind, trying to keep you together, keep your shit together! Imagine you let go of all of your words.

Breathe in and allow your reality to become deeper.
Breathe out and allow yourself to feel excited about what's right in front of you.

Look at your world without attaching words to it. Allow the infinite creativity of the universe to flow through you. The answer always comes back to: stop thinking. If not stop thinking, become aware of your thoughts and just watch them. The goal is to step outside of your thoughts, inside this now.

Breathe in and just be here now
Breathe out and say to yourself, "no words"

If you want to be transported into the Now, look at any object and remind yourself, "no words". Allow yourself to observe. Allow yourself to simply exist. Allow yourself to release your awareness of anything that's not in your present reality. Allow yourself to relax. Anything could happen and when you release your awareness of your plans in the future, and your to do list and your schedule, you give the universe space to bring you what you want. You remove yourself and your meddling mind from the equation and allow perfection to unfold.

Breathe in and let life be fun!
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are awareness. What are you choosing to place your awareness upon?

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and go more deeply into the now.

Let what you want come to you, by being so wrapped up in this moment, so in love with what's right in front of you, that everything else you love is banging on your door to get to you!
