Daily Meditation – What Are You Asking For?

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax. Let your thoughts go. Whatever you're worried about, there's not a darn thing you can do about it right now.

Breathe in and empty your mind.
Breathe out and just forget about it.

You can choose to place your attention on what you want. You can choose to look for evidence of what you want. You can choose to smile. You can choose to not care.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and be here now.

Only contrast makes you ask. If you didn't know what you don't want, you could never get what you do want. Whatever your contrast is, whatever the unpleasantness in your life is, ask yourself, "What is this making me ask for?"

Breathe in and switch to the other side of the wave.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that you'll always have enough when you need it. Trust that everything happens in the right place at the right time. Trust that you're doing everything right. No matter how many mistakes you've made, they've brought you to right here, right now, where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and smile!
Breathe out and let your worries go.

If you can't stop thinking about your contrast, if you can't stop worrying, focus on your breath or count silently in your head all day long. You have to let the awareness of your problem go so that you're not aware of it anymore. That's how you solve problems--forget about 'em.

Breathe in and remember life is supposed to be fun.
Breathe out and relax.

You came here for the challenge, for the experience, for the fun. But it's not serious. You can choose to enjoy this day, regardless of your circumstances.

Breathe in and trust yourself.
Breathe out and trust that life is on your side and life is helping you right now.

Picture what you want. Picture it coming to you right now. Picture the excitement you'll feel when you receive what you want. Imagine how magickal you'll feel when you get the exact thing you visualized.

Breathe in and feel excited!
Breathe out and trust the flow.

What you want is part of the big picture. Everything that's happening is part of a beautiful enormous pattern. It'll all make sense when you look back. When you stop thinking, it makes sense now.

Breathe in and open up!
Breathe out and let go.

You can let this day be easy. You can let yourself feel good. You don't have to worry anymore. It's all working itself out!
